At HSBC, as Head of External Communications, Morgan is responsible for: global media relations strategy and governance; speechwriting/CEO external communications; and corporate publications (website, annual report etc). He also has responsibility for the group’s Twitter strategy.

Morgan joined HSBC from Hammerson where he was Director of Corporate Communications. Prior to Hammerson, he was a co-head of the financial practice at Fishburn Hedges and, before that, was a Partner at Finsbury where he was responsible for the Financial Institutions and Utilities teams.
