Starter: Chicken liver parfait, rhubarb chutney with crispy chicken skin & coriander cress served with chargrilled ciabatta

Main course: Rump of lamb with ‘vignole’ broad bean, pea, artichoke & red onion, courgette fritti stuffed with ricotta, lemon zest, mint & chilli, served with chilli & mint dressing

Dessert: ‘Apple & blackberry’ vanilla pannacotta, blackberry coulis & caramelised apple served with almond crumble
