    The agency was able to plan a cost effective campaign to help raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of a stroke, and its risks and causes.  The judges were impressed with the level of research that was undertaken to inform the plan, and the campaign helped to persuade a high number of people to engage in an online stress test to encourage them to think carefully about this important health issue.
