  • Starter: Textures of Beetroot with mousse, crisp, pickled and powder with Paddy’s Milestone cheese (v)
  • Main course: Slow cooked duck leg with garlic potato dauphinoise, coriander carrots, beetroot and balsamic jus
  • Dessert: Ashanti chocolate and toffee sponge with salted caramel ice cream and white chocolate mousse
